Well it’s been almost 2 weeks since I stopped the Superdrol, and I’m only up 2 pounds in those 2 weeks. Vs 10 pounds the 2 weeks on superdrol. That stuff is amazing.
In my last post reporting that 10 pound gain, I attributed it all to diet. And yes diet was the KEY factor, but extra calories and protein won’t do shit except make you fat if the anabolic environment isn’t primed for muscle growth. And Superdrol primes your anabolic environment like no other!
10 POUNDS in 2 weeks. My #1 concern and my weakest area is my arms, and they are up 1/2 – 3/4″ now depending on the day. My bicep curls exercise has shot up from 60 pounds to 80.
I had to stop the Superdrol because the sides got bad, but man did it work! The fact that I’ve only put on 2 pounds the following 2 weeks makes sense. I’ve done 2 cycles before this and I know from experience, the Test didn’t “kick-in” until I had been on for 6 weeks.
I started Superdrol after 2 weeks. When I stopped it, I had been on 4 weeks. So…. it totally makes sense that week 5 and week 6 will be less than spectacular, while the Test and Deca build up in my system. I expect next week (start of week 7) to be pretty awesome.
If I had to do it all over again…. I would start my injections then simply continue with my CUT DIET for the first 4 weeks. Lift, eat high protein, low fat, low’ish carbs, run a calorie defecit, and basically continue dieting fat off.
Week 5 and 6 run the Superdrol. Flip the diet switch, massively overeat healthy foods, and really start the cycle.
The way I did it this time was well intentioned. But after I had to stop the Superdrol, I had 2 weeks of eating big WITHOUT the proper anabolic environment, and I likely just got fat. Live and learn, 2 weeks off of the ideal plan is not too bad.
I realize this in unconventional, but seriously think about it. If the anabolic environment isn’t there, there’s no point in eating big, you’ll just get fat. You can’t just EAT your way to muscle growth. If you could, that’s all there would be to it and no one would ever do steroids.
It’s proper training to stimulate growth + excess calories and protein + anabolic environment for growth. You need all 3 or you won’t grow muscle. Simple as that.
I know it’s hard to “do steroids” for 4 weeks without really going all in, but if you want the most muscle growth with the least fat, this is for sure the way to go.
I’m also happy with my decision to stop the Superdrol, within a day or 2 of sides showing up. Because if you guess wrong on your liver – YOU DIE. You don’t overburden your liver and be like “Oops next time I won’t do that.” There is no next time, if your liver fails, you die. That’s it.
So at the first signs of stress, stop. Sure I may have rolled the dice and got 5 more pounds if I kept going one more week, but I may have guessed wrong and had my liver fail. Not worth it.
To me, orals are worth the risk, IF you listen to your body and stop when you see signs of stress. The liver will self heal, if you don’t push it to failure. If you don’t want to risk it, just don’t do orals.
I’m raving about the gains of Superdrol, because they are awesome. But make no mistake about it this is one of the harshest, most liver-toxic compounds out there. Be smart about your usage.
I should also point out I did 20mg/ day the first week and gained 5 pounds. Then 30mg/day the second week and gained 5 pounds. Next time I run this cycle, I’ll just keep it at 20mg. Maybe I’ll be able to get 3 weeks out of it that way. We’ll see.
